- Ensure the maintenance, servicing, and repair of rental equipment so it can return to rental service as quickly as possible.
- Ensure the quality of rented equipment.
- Ensure the proper completion of regulatory inspections and promptly resolve observations identified in inspection reports.
- Diagnose breakdowns and, when necessary, perform troubleshooting and repairs on worksites.
- Inspect interventions and repairs carried out by subcontractors.
- Plan the activities of the workshop and yard team and manage intervention priorities by establishing work programs and monitoring work quality and effectiveness.
- Train the workshop team when necessary or propose training.
- Prepare quotations and supplier purchase orders and optimize purchasing to respect the annual budget.
- Inspect the conformity of received parts and purchased services.
- Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with customers and manage their follow-up.
- Keep workshop activity records up to date, including revision checklists, equipment records, and intervention reports.
