Requirements
  • Availability from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including three hours of break time throughout the workday.
  • Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication for interacting with residents, clients, team members, and business contacts.
  • Ability to read, understand, and comply with product labels, safety materials, and policy and procedure manuals.
  • Basic mathematical ability with whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.
  • Ability to apply logical thinking and common sense to identify and resolve problems in standardized situations.
  • Rudimentary ability to access company software and perform standard repetitive tasks.
  • A current valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather, walk extended distances, navigate stairs, and physically access all areas of the property and amenities.
  • Ability to operate golf carts at properties where golf carts are used.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the facility and personnel to ensure client and animal care services comply with company procedures.
  • Monitor overall Pet Center performance.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and maintain employee training programs in coordination with Livano Pet Center and employment policies.
  • Ensure resources, tools, structures, and systems are in place for business operations.
  • Implement and maintain operating procedures for assigned service areas.
  • Monitor employee performance against service expectations.
  • Identify slow periods and downturns, and coordinate with marketing to feature services and improve performance.
  • Handle escalated client service issues while maintaining the company's reputation.
  • Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Resolve human resources conflicts as needed.
  • Maintain thorough familiarity with all systems and procedures.
  • Uphold the image of Livano Pet Center.
  • Perform bookkeeping and reporting duties for the business.
  • Delegate responsibilities and ensure delegated tasks are completed.
  • Cover shifts when personnel shortages occur.
  • Verify that employees arrive on time, properly attired and groomed, and ready to work.
  • Lead by example.
  • Report to the Property Manager.
  • Work with on-site team members to prioritize solutions and establish frameworks that drive journey metrics.
  • Create and maintain sequenced plans to launch projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through change programs and projects.
  • Participate in community activities, industry associations, and groups that support company and business goals.
  • Travel as needed to assist properties, attend training classes, business meetings, or other necessary activities.
