Requirements
  • Successfully completed vocational training or a degree, such as hotel management, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer onboardings, advise on system setups, and ensure customer technology integrates effectively with happyhotel.
  • Provide first-level support on a rotational basis as part of the all-hands approach.
  • Assess the technical feasibility of complex requests before contract completion, coordinate the transition from Sales, and define the onboarding plan.
  • Configure integrations and settings in happyhotel and, when necessary, in the user interfaces and settings of property management systems or channel managers to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Train customers so they understand system logic and can use the solution effectively.
  • Manage go-live processes, validate data flows in real time, and optimize technical setups until system stability is achieved.
  • Own the technical lifecycle for a portfolio of customers, coordinate complex cases with Support Engineers, and provide input for interface development.
  • Develop standard processes to improve collaboration between departments and enable technical scalability.

  • Experience in a customer-facing or technical role, ideally in a software-as-a-service environment, customer success, or the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with hotel software, including property management systems or channel managers.
  • Curiosity and the ability to learn the logic of new tools quickly.
