We are seeking a Senior Manager, Labor Relations with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence all levels of operations leadership, human resources, employee relations, and contractors; to analyze multiple levels of employee and partner feedback to identify risks and gaps; to create, audit, and sustain positive workplace relations programs; and to design and conduct positive workplace relations training that drives best practices.

• work on crisis-oriented situations that typically can only be successfully addressed under severe time constraints
• work reactively on labor relations issues that may arise nation-wide; and proactively on relative training and analysis that drives a positive employee and leadership experience
• balance time between projects and crisis-response is a critical component for success
• support the continued improvement of our labor relations strategy and foster the culture of proactive positive employee relations across all levels of leadership

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must be capable of significant domestic travel, sometimes with short notice, up to 50% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Successful record of creating, improving, and executing programs at scale 
• Strong oral and written communication and diplomatic skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and come to direct solutions through independent decision making
• Comfortability in public speaking across a large population
• Active labor relations situational experience
• Sound knowledge of labor relations compliance
