Supervise and manage the Sales Greeter team, including hiring, coaching, training, and providing corrective action as needed.
Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Oversee team scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage.
Order office and breakroom supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Maintain a clean showroom, ensuring there is no trash, paperwork, or clutter left out.
Ensure the Greeter Room bar is stocked with necessary items at all times.
Assist the marketing team with event setup in the conference room, typically twice per month.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for event support.
