  • Master or PhD. degree in physical science or engineering preferred.
  • 8+ year of semiconductor/data storage wafer process experience.
  • ASML scanner, NSR, Canon, DNSC & TEL tracks hands on experience.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the transition of new technology to production as well as sustainment of existing high volume processes.
  • Develop and implement lithography solutions to facilitate new designs, increase process margin and improve wafer yield.
  • Own coat, expose and develop processes related to wafer manufacturing.
  • Develop control strategies (SPC, APC) for improving and sustaining manufacturing processes (CD, OLY control, shape).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver leading edge technology solutions for product, yield and cycle time optimization.
  • Solve engineering problems as needed.
