Requirements
  • Must be a rising Junior or higher currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
  • Ability to learn technologies quickly and independently
  • Strong computer skills in a PC environment using various business software programs (spreadsheets, word-processing, LabVIEW, and databases)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW or other programming languages
Responsibilities
  • Digitalization of Test Procedure Project under guidance and direction of production test engineer
  • Develop understanding of how to test SEAKR hardware and generally how these test procedures are initiated and used in order to make them more efficient
  • Thermal Vacuum Chamber Project - develop a probability matrix of the components used in SEAKR’s TVAC systems and use that probability matrix to ensure SEAKR has sufficient spare parts and maintenance of current hardware
  • Support general production test engineering duties including learning equipment, design tooling or software, organizing tooling, understanding testing process, and performing test setups
