OVERVIEW:
The Senior PM, eComm has day-to-day responsibility for managing sophisticated digital technology development projects to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage the activities of the digital technology group as well as multiple multi-functional teams to complete projects in support of SharkNinja’s digital direct-to-consumer business strategy and objectives. In addition, the Senior PM, eComm will drive communications on project information to executive management and other key personnel
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
·Work with International teams
·Communicate and present to Senior level Executive Team
·Work closely with our partners in various business unites at SharkNinja
·Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of multiple
projects
·Deliver project on-time, within scope and within budget
·Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal
stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
·Develop a detailed project plan, monitor and track progress
·Report and escalate issues to management as needed
·Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
·Ensure all project documentation is delivered per company standards
·Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation
·Manage the digital portfolio program of longer-range complex initiatives and
projects involving the DTC digital technology group from initiation to delivery.
·Develop a status reporting model for project achievements, deliverables, dependencies,
risks and issues and an approach to communicate these across teams and leadership
·Organize DTC technology resources as well as multi-functional resources assigned to
project delivery
·Organize, plan and deliver on all DTC day-to-day enhancements as well as any process
improvement initiatives involving existing systems and workflows, with solutions that
directly contribute to improving the success of the day-to-day Project Portfolio.
·Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs to
develop the most efficient workflows needed to manage the business day-to-day
·Organize day-to-day DTC deployments across all the brands and maintain a culture of
continuous improvement in the Digital Technology group
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
·Complete understanding of Project management concepts and best practices
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Must truly be able to understand the communication needs of each stakeholder
·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project
·Use and continually develop leadership skills
·Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
·Possess strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to
lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
Understanding and Experience of the leading DTC Software Development project
delivery methodologies as well as staying on top of the latest industry trends and
innovations

Education and Experience:
·Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
·Experience with project management software tools (MS Project, Jira, Teams)
·Minimum of 8 Years relevant experience in project management and business analysis
·Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
·New Product Development process is a plus
