Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of a team of Firefly Sales Specialists, focusing on skill development, product knowledge, and sales strategy execution.
  • Be in the field and empower the team to demonstrate effective solution selling, positioning Adobe Firefly as a key component in customers’ creative transformation journey and building compelling, value-based proposals.
  • Collaborate with teams to craft and execute sales strategies for Adobe Firefly across the DMe and DX portfolio. Drive new revenue growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies.
  • Manage monthly solution-level reporting, pipeline development, market trend analysis, and foster strong relationships with the business unit and product teams.
  • Build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem, working closely with agency partners, solution consultants, and Adobe’s marketing team to drive market presence and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to drive targeted marketing and public relations activities that support Firefly’s brand and product awareness.
  • Share and build customer references and value metrics per vertical, aligning with Adobe’s market positioning to enhance credibility and sales traction.
