Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee marketing efforts across various channels, including but not limited to: (1) Paid digital advertising (across Facebook/Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), (2) Organic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), (3) Content marketing and SEO, (4) Email marketing campaigns, (5) Affiliate and partnership marketing, (6) Influencer collaborations
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to maximize Open’s future growth.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various channels based on performance and potential.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
