IP Account Manager’s Sales Team provides HBK standard and tailor-made key physical properties’ sensors, data acquisitions and services for in line measurements, product quality control, weighing and monitoring applications. Our typical customers are OEMs, system integrators, machinery manufacturers, engineering companies as well as end users in various industries such as aerospace & defence, ground transportation, food and beverage, agriculture and marine, medical and pharma, robotics and industrial automation, scales, energy, electronics and many others.
Who we are looking for:
To get closer to our customers and strengthen our market position, we are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our European Account Management Team as a Field Sales Engineer, based in Spain. Regular travel will be required in this role.
We are particularly looking for someone with proven experience selling sensors and electronic equipment for testing and control, ideally within the industrial process control and weighing industries.
You will be managing a portfolio of assigned key accounts, developing new sales opportunities from existing customers and convert high potential prospects into new clients. Your minimum of 5 year experience (sensors business is a plus) will enable you to effectively navigate complex sales processes and build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
You own a positive mindset and a collaborative spirit which naturally lead you to establish strong and trusting long-lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Your strong commercial acumen makes it easy for you to connect with multiple customer stakeholders, from product users to management, and liaise with cross-functional internal teams to manage complex sales.
Your technical education allows you to understand customers queries and recommend the HBK solution which best fits their needs. You will be managing sales opportunities from inception to closure and lead negotiation following win-win model.
You are capable to manage the customer journey across multiple touchpoints to make the highest and best use of yours and the customer’s time and hit sales targets.
Familiar with IT tools, such as CRM, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
Last but not least, you have high-level organizational and great problem-solving skills to adapt to changes and embrace everyday challenges.
