Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in email marketing software and project management software
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Background knowledge of credit ratings, bond markets, and/or debt securitization a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a fast-paced environment through all phases of publishing
- Format rating and research reports, charts and figures, press releases, and spreadsheets to adhere to company branding specifications primarily using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Communicate timelines, status of publishing, and department processes to analytical teams
- Ensure quality and timeliness of publishing materials through appropriate planning, communication, and follow up
- Create, test, schedule, and send timely email campaigns for published documents and weekly surveillance recaps
- Assist with maintenance of KBRA website by posting featured content
- Proofread for obvious structural, grammatical, or stylistic errors
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve document or file issues
