C3 AI is hiring Technical Writers to author, edit and maintain documentation for application software developers, platform engineers, and data scientists.

Responsibilities:

• Own a documentation area so our users can get started quickly.
• Work with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to improve existing content and deliver content for new releases.
• Collaborate with team members to design and drive the long-term documentation vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a technical writer.
• Ability to articulate key documentation principles and provide examples of their application in your samples.
• Competency in speaking to and participating with a very technical group of subject matter experts.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and make independent judgments.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and C3 AI applications.
• Effectively communicate orally and in written form so that the information you produce is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of audiences.
• Working knowledge of any of the following is a plus:
• Backend development (Java, Python, Linux shell)
• Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Docker
• Relational and non-relational databases
• ETL techniques
• Machine learning methodologies
