Requirements
- Passion to make the customer successful
- 3-6 years of experience working directly with customers in a technical role
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Fundamental understanding of web, networking and device technologies
- 1 to 3 years of prior experience in Digital Experience Monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and track the engagement and activity using various project management tools
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to deploy and operationalize ZDX
- Act as a customer advocate with product and engineering teams by funneling revenant feedback and defect reporting
- Deliver quality product demonstrations to customers, analysts and executives
- Drive customer awareness of ZDX to accelerate adoption and materialize value from the product
- Enable various customer support teams by delivering hands-on technical sessions
- Join customer QBRs for demonstrating the value and impact of ZDX to an organization
- Self project manage and execute engagements
