Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, ticketing systems, and IT documentation platforms

Prior experience with Windows Active Directory Domain

Act as point of contact for all IT issues for Arvada office and mobile users
Quickly learn and adopt new IT support and mgmt platforms
Eventually become a senior member of the support team who will assist the IT Manager to establish processes, and be the escalation point for new team members
Assist asset manager with tracking and receiving
Onboard new hires and assist users with access control
Always be security minded and execute on managers cyber security policy
Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with applications and systems
Maintain accurate documentation on office systems including trouble tickets, inventory
Timely communications and acknowledgments

The End User Support Specialist III will be the IT point of contact for our Manufacturing location in Arvada

Responsibilities
