Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in a CHRO position

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are globally consistent and locally applicable
  • Lead and scale the HR team ensuring it is executing all aspects of HR operations and is poised to support a rapidly growing organization
