  • Own full responsibility and accountability for hitting revenue goals across multiple categories such as OEM, Affinity Partners, Tier 2 dealer groups, and other strategic partners
  • Lead all aspects of evaluation and execution from idea generation, sourcing and negotiating large strategic partnerships. Analyze internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends to develop and execute on a strategic OEM and partnership growth roadmap and pipeline, aligned to TrueCar's business strategy
  • Work cross functionally to support and guide strategic revenue growth including but not limited to our Marketing, Analytics, Commerce Operations and Pricing groups
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities, tracking progress and updating key stakeholders regularly
  • Own content, strategy, agendas, and KPI reporting for key client meetings, executive offsites and Board of Directors meetings. Continuously assess KPIs to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Leverage deep networks and experience in different partnership and business development models to close high value partnerships, while actively networking to identify new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify new capability areas that would unlock additional business
  • Lead and manage a team of business development and account management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Foster a results-driven, collaborative culture within the team
