Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program currently
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025—August 2026
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 1 year's experience in product management or related field
  • Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
  • Support agile product development for one of our business critical E2E Supply Chain Products
  • Discover, design, and build features for E2E Supply Chain products that will directly contribute to improved operational performance for Walmart and Sam’s Club
  • Drive product lifecycle from requirement gathering, requirement writing, identifying, and measuring the value, partnering on the development, testing, and other launch efforts
  • Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Engage with multiple diverse stakeholders across operations, strategy, engineering, data science, etc. to discover pain points and gather requirements
  • Drive cross-organizational alignment on your product deliverables by building strong relationships
  • Explore process paths within our buildings, analyze data, and identify key areas of systematic and operational improvement to give back time to our associates
