  • Lead a team of Risk Operations Investigators in a fast paced environment which includes preparing the team on new fraud trends, incoming fraud attacks, and any changes to procedures/policy
  • Ensure that SLAs are met consistently and identify core issues when the team fails to meet SLAs
  • Delegate and prioritize effectively to ensure the team is focused on high-impact needs and allocating time appropriately between project and core work
  • Mentor, guide, and manage direct reports on fraud best practices and career development
  • Research and resolve risk events stemming from process breakdowns
  • Provide research support on a variety of investigations
Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of direct experience in fraud risk prevention and detection (within FinTech/tech industry is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of scripting & querying languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus
