Responsibilities
  • Lead campaigns successfully from beginning to end
  • Identify, outreach, and build relationships with potential creator partners who align with our brand values and objectives
  • Develop targets and leverage tools to build a pipeline of new influencers and cultivate the current community of influencers
  • Negotiate terms and manage agreements
  • Drive new channel expansion opportunities with emerging social media platforms
  • Build and monitor automated internal systems and infrastructure for affiliate marketing management
  • Take the lead in working with other departments (Product and Customer Success) to ensure influencers are fully supported and tracked
  • Lead in the ideation and development of creative content briefs
  • Prepare reporting, analyze performance relative to the campaign objectives, and provide actionable recommendations based on performance data
