Responsibilities
  • Support computer hardware and software and maintain the computer hardware asset inventory.
  • Assist with system setups, breakdowns, and office moves.
  • Support conference room services, including video conferencing and audiovisual setups and take-downs.
  • Support mobile devices, focusing on the Enterprise Vault email delivery and archiving system.
  • Support telephone and voicemail systems.
  • Track user support requests and system failures.
  • Escalate complex issues to advanced support service teams and communicate with the end user.
  • Proactively interact with the Helpdesk and local users to identify unreported or repetitive problems.
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance.
  • Procure miscellaneous technology supplies.
  • Coordinate with information technology vendors and other departments.
  • Work with core information technology teams on technology rollouts and projects.
  • Recognize training opportunities and make recommendations to address common support issues.
Desired Qualifications
