Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in product administration support, a Merchandise Assistant role, or a Buyer’s Assistant role.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Experience preparing reports, analysing data, and creating graphs.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and analytical capability.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers, stores, and support office teams.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain product and range files, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Support the preparation of brand presentations, sales reports, and category performance analysis.
  • Assist with range review analysis and supplier promotional plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the Category team as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Stores, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Space Planning.
