Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee hospitality operations at Olympic and Paralympic venues, ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Manage entry and access control for hospitality guests in coordination with venue security and accreditation teams
  • Develop operational plans in collaboration with On Location to optimize attendee flow and ensure efficiency at venues
  • Liaise with Event Venue Management (EVM) and Venue Infrastructure (VNI) teams to integrate hospitality space planning with venue operations
  • Develop operational readiness and delivery plans for hospitality across assigned venues, validating maps, plans, drawings, staffing plans, and other critical operational elements
  • Act as the primary liaison between On Location’s operational team and internal LA28 functional areas for Olympic & Paralympic Venues
  • Collaborate with key LA28 functional areas (FAs) and On Location to identify all in-venue hospitality spaces, creating detailed operational requirements
  • Ensure alignment between On Location’s hospitality execution plans and LA28's broader operational framework and requirements
  • Facilitate regular meetings with On Location and internal stakeholders to review operational plans, address challenges, and coordinate solutions
  • Coordinate hospitality-specific transportation logistics with the LA28 Transportation team & On Location Operations Team
  • Oversee accreditation management and distribution of vehicle access passes (VAPPs), ensuring compliance with accreditation policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to manage high-traffic areas and operational complexities
  • Facilitate real-time operational decision-making during the Games to address challenges efficiently and effectively
  • Provide regular operational updates, reports, and key performance metrics to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
