Principal Software Engineering Manager-Mobile

The Microsoft 365 Copilot India team is looking for a high calibre and highly motivated Principal Software Engineering Manager to lead the planning, design, implementation and shipping of a few critical components for a M365 Copilot app on iOS and Android.

The team is building a set of next generation of AI powered experiences for Microsoft 365 Copilot app on Mobile (Android and iOS). The team is engaged in creating new experiences for people who use only mobile devices or do most of their work while being mobile. Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 9+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, Java, Swift OR equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to establish trusted, effective relationships across diverse sets of stakeholders.
• Track record of creating a culture of technical excellence and growing strong engineering teams.
• Ability to quickly pick up existing concepts and employ new techniques and strong problem solving.
• Mobile development experience in iOS and Android is desirable.
• Track record of delivering products, features and functionality on time, with extremely high quality.  
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.  
• Great verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross- team in collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with C, C++ or Objective-C/Swift/SwiftUI. 
• 9+ years of software industry experience including 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams. Expertise in C/C++, C# or Swift/Java is a highly desirable.
