Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM); not limited to .NET, with hands-on development on the Dynamics CRM platform.
- Senior-level experience who knows the Dynamics CRM platform and development technologies and can provide guidance to the team.
- Good communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Dynamics CRM solutions focusing on Lead Management and Call Center activities as currently defined, with plans to add Sales in the future.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams during CRM implementation and enhancements.
- Assist in designing, configuring, and deploying CRM processes, forms, workflows, and integrations as part of CRM project delivery.
