- Several years of professional experience in executive assistance, office management, or a sales-related environment, including cross-functional project coordination experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital enterprise applications, and customer relationship management systems, along with strong digital competency.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in scheduling, travel, and event management, combined with a structured and self-directed working style.

- Directly support executive management with scheduling coordination and follow-up, as well as preparing presentations, analyses, and decision documents.
- Independently plan and organize business travel, customer and partner visits, and internal and external events.
- Own contract, document, and process management, including contract administration, invoice processing, and sales-related documentation.
- Support sales through customer relationship management data management, reporting, key performance indicator analysis, and administrative support for tenders and platform access.
- Help shape the company’s digital future by using artificial intelligence-supported solutions, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating closely with different departments and stakeholders.
