- Experience working in either Business Intelligence or Data analytics background

- Minimum of 10 years supporting Fortune 500 companies, preferably in enterprise storage, networking, or enterprise applications industry with prior leadership and technical roles in professional services or customer support
- Understanding of distributed database architecture (compute nodes, servers, storage, networking, management processes, distribution, alerting, etc)
- Develop, build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders in the implementation process
- Customer focused, understanding customer requirements and delivering on commitments while working with field teams, and backend resources to achieve 100% satisfaction
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills including the ability to deliver technical evaluation and project monitoring
- Strong sense of urgency and be available to manage crisis situations
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and engage with the account at all levels
- Willing and able to travel throughout the region
- Experience with operating systems i.e. Network, storage, compute
- Detailed orientated - good listener
- Strong team player who enjoys delighting customers
- Ensure that the implementation of Yellowbrick from POC to Production is completed
- Accelerate the TTV of the project
- Advise customer on best practices
- Engage with Yellowbrick support to ensure cases are resolved quickly
- When needed engage Engineering to ensure issues are resolved expeditiously
- Work cohesively with partners to ensure that the system is in production
- Proactively address any concerns in design/direction
- Assess if there are issues/concerns that need to be addressed by the greater Yellowbrick team
- Look for additional opportunities within the customer that my result in added revenue
- Provide training as needed to ensure customer can manage and use Yellowbrick upon departure
- Participate in the development of training materials. Design, develop, test high performance database software
- Prior experience in technical management, technical support or operations of enterprise data warehouse platforms (Teradata, Netezza, Vertica, Greenplum, HANA, Oracle, SQL Server or similar) is a plus
