Summary:

In this role, you will work with limited supervision to support client health care facilities by delivering supply chain solutions and contract implementation. You will collaborate with the Spend Management Team to identify savings opportunities, increase client utilization of supply chain programs, and provide recommendations for products and solutions. You will engage with clients as a trusted advisor to drive measurable value through strategic supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate implementation of contracts to ensure maximum value from member account plans by tracking savings, reporting, and providing resolution.

• Inform members of industry trends and Vizient capabilities to strengthen competitiveness and advisory positioning.

• Partner with product advisors to promote effective use of tools and leverage outputs to support member plans.

• Identify and implement savings opportunities in collaboration with member sourcing teams, securing sign-off and documenting in savings plans.

• Support supplier sales targeting initiatives.

• Educate members on Vizient analytics tools to maximize utilization and value.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree a plus.

• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

• Strong client-facing and group presentation skills required.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Sales or supply chain experience preferred.

• Experience working with complex healthcare or hospital clients with multiple sites preferred.

• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.
