About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our growing recruiting team at our Menlo Park, CA headquarters! In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent. Utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools, you will engage with passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technical disciplines for the roles that you are assigned

Responsibilities:

• Review and screen incoming applications, assessing candidates’ qualifications and alignment with position requirements

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of talent

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop sourcing strategies to identify candidates for open positions

• Measure and communicate sourcing metrics with internal stakeholders

• May be involved with relevant talent forums to identify/target talent

• Able to identify relevant industry domain talent pools 

Requirements:

• 5+ years technical sourcing experience in-house and/or at an agency

• Extensive knowledge and use of boolean strings for candidate search

• Solid sourcing fundamentals and fluency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or Seekout. 

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, uploading sourced candidates and facilitating movement through interview stages

• Experience filtering incoming applicants and dispositioning candidates

• Experience engaging and screening candidates for assigned roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging candidates that result in hires

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Specific experience sourcing for a company in the tech industry

• Ability to commute to our Menlo Park headquarters 5 days a week
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any amount of full-cycle technical recruiting experience

• Experience in sourcing AI or ML talent

• Experience at a startup

• Experience working on highly-complex, highly-specialized and/or highly-senior technical roles

• Experience with Ashby (ATS)
