Requirements
- Have 8+ years of direct customer training experience for a highly technical enterprise software solution
- Have experience with developing and writing a technical training plan
- Possess a commitment to quality-driven results
- Are an autonomous and self-paced learner who can deep dive into products or processes where necessary
- Easily build relationships across functions to cross-pollinate insights that make our training content excellent
- Have a high EQ and strong communication skills-interpersonal, written, and verbal
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert and own our training curriculum - from development to (occasional) delivery, program evaluation and continuous improvement
- Recommend and own the tools and processes necessary to drive a successful training program
- Conduct relevant Training Needs Analysis, culminating in the creation of a prioritized training delivery roadmap
- Work to identify both quick-win and longer term improvements that can be made to the onboarding and training experience
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to ensure alignment between content and customer needs
- Own the content of segmented onboarding and ongoing product understanding, assess any necessary changes in training or customer needs with an innovative mindset, delivering engaging learning opportunities for our customers
