Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager in Orlando, FL to join our team providing support to a large government customer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop a corporate knowledge base of policies and procedures and stay up-to-date on any changes impacting the project teams.
Manage contract administration over multiple task orders in coordination with project control and finance team members, ensuring completeness and accuracy in a timely manner.
Build relationships with employees and learn the work being performed on the task orders you oversee.
Manage tracking of contract and task order details including awards and modifications, funding, and staff.
Support team member training, recruiting and hiring, onboarding/offboarding, status changes, reviews, and professional development.
Be a first line of contact for employees supporting government customers with all corporate questions, policies and procedures.
Administer travel expense processing and invoice review and approval.
Develop and maintain project trackers on a real-time basis, including tracking financials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective invoice processing.
Manage and track client-specific onboarding processes and milestones for new hires.

Basic Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
At least three years of related experience.
Experience working with the DoD.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about a project.

Desired Skills:

PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certification
