Requirements
  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
  • Graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above on a 4.0 scale; must be the case at the date of hire and will be verified during background check in the spring
  • Must be eligible to work on a permanent basis in the United State
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills

Responsibilities
  • Create and analyze specific accounting statements and reports to assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Provide support to teams to develop new and improve existing finance and accounting processes
  • Create ad-hoc templates to utilize various ERP systems better
  • Leverage Excel and systems skills to automate and optimize reporting
  • Coordinate with other departments to set projections/budgets
  • Communicate variances v. financial targets to management and other departments
  • Reconcile balance sheets accounts as assigned by management
  • Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of annual budgets
  • Collaborate with other Finance interns across the country in a case study project
