Responsibilities
  • Builds client relationships

  • Maintains and expands business with existing client base
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers
  • Develops and executes a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys
  • Assesses individual client needs and develops a plan to meet those needs
  • Attends real estate industry functions and participates in community and real estate events
  • Collaborates with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence
  • Creates or adapts and delivers presentations to customer groups and target customers
  • Interacts daily with other work groups
  • Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients
