What you’ll do:

• Receives and distributes purchased items as necessary
• Coordinate inventory transfers within the company and to/from supply chain partners
• Performs related transactions within NetSuite business application system
• Support company shipment activities as necessary
• Conducts inventory cycle counts and periodic physical inventories, and reports results
• Processes customer and supplier RMA’s
• Organizes and maintains inventory stores ensuring compliance with 6S standards.
• Interface with finance to reconcile accounts payables and receivables

What you must have:

• Strong analytical abilities and works well under pressure
• Independent worker who can assess needs and determine priorities
• High level of attention to detail, while operating in multi-tasking environment
• Extensive use of Microsoft Excel & Word
• Ability to quickly pick up computer-based inventory management and work order processing tools
• Ability to lift packages weighing 50 pounds
• Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work as a team member across functional groups and multiple priorities
• Must have clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Associates degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in a materials control role
• Previous experience in high tech environment
• Previous experience in startup environment
• Knowledgeable in international shipping, import/export requirements
