  • Establish team goals and metrics that are aligned with the company strategy while maintaining our tech organization's standards and best practices
  • Contribute actively towards the development and health of the larger engineering organization, including culture, innovation, and recruiting
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience delivering impactful systems in a technical leadership role
  • Experience with commerce platforms (e.g. pricing, payments, subscriptions, product catalogs)
  • Experience with state management and event driven architecture
  • Python and FastAPI familiarity
  • Experience building systems that integrate with vendors like Stripe and Braintree
