Requirements
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive security management experience, preferably in corporate, hospitality, or large-scale organizational environments

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all security operations, including surveillance systems, access control, and regular patrols to ensure comprehensive facility protection
  • Develop, implement, and continuously update security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans aligned with organizational standards and local regulations
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze potential security vulnerabilities to proactively address threats
  • Investigate security incidents, violations, and breaches with meticulous attention to detail; document findings and recommend corrective actions
  • Lead, train, supervise, and mentor the security team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant authorities to ensure effective emergency response and crisis management
  • Manage security arrangements for high-profile events, VIP visits, and sensitive organizational activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures; implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on security incidents, access logs, and system performance
  • Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and contractor oversight to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices; recommend program enhancements
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Certification in Security Management or related field (preferred)
