Former Yeti CFO lands at jeweler Kendra Scott. April 9, 2026 Mike McMullen, Yeti's former CFO, has joined Austin, TX-based jeweler Kendra Scott Design, Inc. as CFO. On February 19, Yeti announced that Scott Bomar, former SVP of Finance at the Home Depot, would become SVP, CFO and Treasurer, effective February 23. On that date, McMullen ceased serving as Yeti's CFO and was expected to serve in an advisory capacity until May 31, 2026, to facilitate a smooth transition. McMullen had served as Yeti's CFO for three years. He previously served as VP of Finance for the drinkware and coolers brand. During his tenure, Yeti launched a successful IPO and significantly expanded its international and direct-to-consumer operations, according to a media release from Kendra Scott. "Mike understands how to scale a business driven by a customer-first mission and has experience in driving meaningful transformations," said Chris Blakeslee, CEO at Kendra Scott and formerly Athleta's CEO. "With leadership experience shaping and growing household brands, he brings the financial acumen and business-building mindset we need as we expand into new categories and pursue global growth. We're excited for the leadership he will bring as we continue building the House of Kendra Scott." USA (Monday, March 23, 2026) - Today, the World Surf League (WSL), announces global partners ahead of the 2026 Championship Tour (CT), and welcomes regional partners in Australia, North America, and Brazil. "We are thrilled to kick off the 50th year of the World Tour with the 2026 Championship Tour season on April 1 alongside partners who share our commitment to support surfing, our athletes, and fans," said Nicole Metzger, WSL Chief Revenue Officer. CFOs on the move: week ending Feb. 20. Yeti names a Home Depot exec as chief financial officer, Atlassian hires LinkedIn's finance chief and Gemini parts ways with its CFO, COO and CLO. Published Feb. 20, 2026 Scott Bomar | Yeti. Drinkware and cooler maker Yeti named Scott Bomar as chief financial officer, senior vice president and treasurer, effective Feb. 23. Bomar joins the company from home improvement retailer Home Depot, where he has been SVP of finance since rejoining the company in October 2022. He spent over 16 years at Home Depot in leadership roles - including running its retail operations in China - before leaving in 2021 to become CFO and SVP of payments and business technology company Deluxe. Bomar succeeds Mike McMullen, who will work in an advisory capacity until May 31. McMullen joined Yeti in 2016 as head of FP&A. He took over as interim CFO in October 2022 before taking the role permanently in February 2023. James Chuong | Atlassian. Atlassian, a project management software provider, hired James Chuong as finance chief, effective March 30. Chuong joins the company from LinkedIn, where he has been CFO since 2021. He held several finance leadership roles over his 13 years at LinkedIn, including as vice president of finance and head of FP&A. Before that, he spent several years as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, Citigroup and Bank of America Securities. Chuong succeeds Joe Binz, who is retiring. Binz joined Atlassian in 2022 as CFO after working at Microsoft for over 20 years. Dan Chen | Gemini Space Station. Gemini Space Station, the crypto exchange founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss that went public in September 2025, is undergoing a leadership shakeup. The company's CFO, Dan Chen; chief operating officer, Marshall Beard; and chief legal officer, Tyler Meade, all have left the company effective Feb. 17, according to an SEC filing. Chen, who joined Gemini in March 2025, will be replaced by Danijela Stojanovic as interim CFO. Stojanovic has been the firm's chief accounting officer since May 2025. Before joining Gemini, Stojanovic held leadership roles at Blue Apron Holdings, most recently as senior vice president of finance and accounting. Kate Freedman, the company's associate general counsel and corporate secretary, will take over as interim general counsel. Gemini does not intend to appoint a new COO; instead, Cameron Winklevoss will assume Beard's duties. Brian Tratt | GoPro. Brian Tratt was promoted to chief financial officer of GoPro. Tratt joined the company in 2012 as an assistant controller and has been vice president of finance since 2024. Before joining GoPro, he spent six years at KPMG, most recently as an audit manager. Tratt succeeds Brian McGee, who has been CFO, chief operating officer and executive vice president since 2020. McGee was promoted to president of the company and will keep his COO role. Jeffrey Hochstadt | CPI Card Group. Jeffrey Hochstadt is no longer chief financial officer of payments technology group CPI Card Group, effective Feb. 13. Hochstadt, who was appointed CFO in May 2023, will continue working at the company through June 30 in an advisory capacity. Terra Grantham has been named interim chief financial officer in addition to her current role as senior vice president of enterprise strategy and growth. Grantham joined CPI in 2017 as director of FP&A and has held her current role since October 2025. Before joining the company, she held various roles at The Western Union Company and Unilever. Charles Fisher | Lambda. Artificial intelligence cloud company Lambda hired Charles Fisher as chief financial officer. For the last five years, Fisher has been CFO of car-sharing company Turo. He earlier worked at Charter Communications as executive vice president of corporate finance and development. Fisher replaces Heather Planishek, who stepped into the CFO role from Lambda's Board of Directors in December 2025. Planishek joined the board in July 2025 and stepped down from her board position as part of the transition. Glenn Coleman | Charles River Laboratories. Glenn Coleman will join Charles River Laboratories as EVP and chief financial officer on April 6. Since November 2024, Coleman has been CFO and chief administrative officer of health care services business Premier. Before that, he was the finance chief of dental products manufacturer Dentsply Sirona. He earlier held operational and financial leadership roles at Integra Life Sciences, including as CFO and chief operating officer. Coleman succeeds Michael Knell, who has been interim CFO since September 2025. Knell will continue in his current role as corporate senior vice president and chief accounting officer.

YETI appoints Home Depot veteran Scott Bomar as CFO, replacing Mike McMullen

YETI Holdings has appointed Scott Bomar as chief financial officer and treasurer, effective 23 February 2026. Bomar succeeds Mike McMullen, who will serve in an advisory capacity until 31 May 2026 to ensure a smooth transition. Bomar joins from The Home Depot, where he served as senior vice president of finance since October 2022, overseeing financial planning and analysis, treasury and acquisition integration. He previously held operational roles at Home Depot, including leading its $5 billion Home Services business unit and retail operations in China. Before that, he served as CFO of Deluxe Corporation. McMullen spent a decade at YETI, including three years as CFO, helping take the company public in 2018 and overseeing significant expansion during his tenure.
