Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s International degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Commerce or related disciplines
  • 3 years plus in relevant experience in digital marketing, including field marketing, channel management, paid media, SEO, social media, PR, etc.
  • Ability to navigate and manage within a global matrix management environment
  • Management experience in a multifunctional team, including business partners and agencies
  • Expertise and demonstrated understanding across a wide area of marketing disciplines i.e., insights, strategy, communications, loyalty programmers, partnerships, CRM technology, channel management, digital, social, PR, training
  • Understanding of hotel industry, particularly in digital marketing
  • Superior oral and written communications skills including presentation skills, public speaking ability, and group decision facilitation; including the ability to write effective marketing copy, proofread, and follow style guidelines
  • Ability to influence internal customers and business leaders and effectively establish strong working relationships that produce solid results
  • Excellent stakeholder, negotiation and project management skills
  • Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, high growth environment
Responsibilities
  • Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
  • Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies
  • Writing and delivering content and social media plans
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
  • Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals
  • Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative team
  • Develop long & short-term strategies and implementation for each Marketing segment including: Brand, Content, Partnerships, PR & Media, social media and all commercial aspects
  • Ensure that HCM in Concerto if complete on all aspects of the connects
  • Ensure that all online channels content are aligned
  • Establish a community handling LSOP for all online channels and social media platforms
  • Ensure that the Marketing function of the IHG Fundamentals are promoted and delivered: IHG One Rewards, IHG Business Rewards, IHG Dining Rewards
