About Team
A career in Technology and Data Solutions practice, within Deals Transaction Services, provides the opportunity to help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets. You will have the opportunity to leverage technology and data to drive better Deal decisions and execute transactions more effectively, helping companies originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals. Our team consists of well-rounded creative professionals who have a passion and aptitude for building technology driven solutions and pushing the boundaries of innovation in Deals. We are industry leaders in embedding technology, leveraging data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence for a broad range of Deal-focused solutions.

Responsibilities
•Overall responsibility for understanding the business development team's brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
•Engage with the business development team from the inception of projects to seek a deeper understanding of the business problem and goals.
•Develop an understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews and traffic data). Capable of generating user personalities and user scenarios.
•Prepare low-fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.
•Capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype.
•Present high-fidelity designs/mock-ups to the business development team for review, iteration, and approval.
•Capable of working directly with the business development team in an iterative and agile manner to improve the prototypes in an efficient manner.
•Able to articulate UI/UX design conceptually and in writing.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in visual/graphic design, human-computer science, or related area (equivalent work experience will be considered).
•1+ years' work experience as a web or mobile application designer.
•Experience in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Axure.
•In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
•Conceptual understanding of user interface design and the design process.
•Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
•Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in balancing requirements, managing expectations, collaborating with team members, and driving effective results.
•Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a desire to continuously learn new skills and technology.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
•3+ years' work experience as a web or mobile application designer.
•Experience in multiple UI frameworks.
•Video editing and other multimedia skills.
•Demonstrate a solid design portfolio with a penchant for aesthetics in design elements such as layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.
•Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
