Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for the hybrid DPT program
  • Act as the logistics and operations manager during on-site lab immersion sessions
  • Collaborate with the hybrid Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) Program Coordinator II
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve innovative processes and procedures
  • Track and maintain updates to the strategic plan and progress toward objectives for the program
  • Oversee the logistics for faculty and students
  • Act as the primary liaison between the DPT hybrid program and key stakeholders
  • Manage student and faculty access to learning labs
  • Oversee budget reports and manage complex purchasing operations
  • Coordinate and maintain the inventory of expendable supplies and equipment
  • Organize hotel accommodations and flight bookings for faculty
  • Support the director in annual budget preparation
  • Collaborate with the director to assess staffing needs and coordinate recruitment of temporary faculty
  • Perform additional responsibilities to support the department's strategic initiatives
Desired Qualifications
