Requirements
  • 8+ years in developing iOS applications and 1+ years in managing a team of more than 10 engineers
  • Experience building applications in memory and network-constrained scenarios
  • Experience working within consumer applications with a high amount of active users
  • User-oriented focus and obsession with quality
  • Strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design
  • Worked directly with teams or team members in different time zones
Responsibilities
  • Engineering Management experience - ability to manage and grow a team of iOS engineers. 5+ direct/indirect reports
  • Technical Leadership - Architect and maintain our iOS mobile applications. Influence different aspects of the development process like API creation, design, and product. Ability to be hands-on to support the team
  • Execution excellence - ability to accelerate decision making and improve product delivery velocity. Ability to effectively work with a highly cross-functional team. Partner closely with our design and product team to architect a gorgeous application flow
  • Ownership - Own important pieces of the product that has high visibility both internally and externally
