  • Demonstrates experience and knowledge in the manufacturing and/or industrial industry
  • Possess strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills

  • Strong ability to utilize statistical methods and implement new designs/processes to reduce variation.
  • Ability to operate computers and proficient in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrates proficiency in oral and written communications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated work experience in manufacturing environment with focus on Quality.
  • At least two (2) years experience in developing Supplier Quality Programs and/or Supplier Development in a manufacturing environment
  • Project management experience with focus on quality
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of GD&T methodology
  • The preferred but not required: Trained in design for Six Sigma concepts (preferred)
  • ASQ-Certified Quality Engineers (CQE-ASQ) certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Supplier Quality Process.
  • Collaborate with Quality Manager to Develop and Implement a Supplier Quality Program with KPIs and scorecards to track supplier quality
  • Works directly with Commodity managers on improving Supplier Quality performance and provides technical support
  • Responsible for Supplier Corrective Action Process (SCAR)
  • Monitors system to prevent overdue actions
  • Works with Suppliers on Corrective Actions and Verification
  • Responsible for the Supplier Quality Approval Process (parts quality & process capability)
  • Responsible for Organizing and Conducting Supplier Audits
  • Responsible for the Material Review Board process
  • Responsible for Implementing and maintaining Metrics for Receiving Inspection and Layout inspection
  • Work directly with suppliers to resolve Non-Conformances
  • Develop and improve Quality related Processes related to Supplier Quality Verify and approve Supplier Changes

IDEX stock rises 18.6% on FMT, HST strength despite FSDP segment weakness

IDEX Corporation is benefitting from strong performance in its Fluid & Metering Technologies and Health & Science Technologies segments, driven by increased demand in municipal water, industrial applications and life sciences markets. The company continues expanding through acquisitions, including Micro-LAM in July 2025 and Mott Corp. in September 2024 for $1 billion, enhancing its capabilities in semiconductor, medical technologies and water purification markets. Acquisitions contributed 1% to fourth-quarter 2025 sales. IDEX remains committed to shareholder returns, paying $212.6 million in dividends in 2025 and raising its quarterly dividend to 71 cents per share. The company holds $926.7 million in remaining share repurchase authorisation. However, weakness in the Fire & Safety/Diversified Products segment and foreign currency headwinds pose challenges. Idex Q4 earnings beat expectations at $2.10 per share on $899M revenue

Idex Corp reported fourth-quarter earnings of $2.10 per share, exceeding Wall Street expectations of $2.04 per share. The Northbrook, Illinois-based maker of the Jaws of Life device and other engineered products posted revenue of $899.1 million, beating analyst forecasts of $881.6 million. For the full year, Idex reported profit of $483.2 million, or $6.41 per share, on revenue of $3.46 billion. The company projects first-quarter earnings between $1.73 and $1.78 per share, with full-year earnings expected to range from $8.15 to $8.35 per share.
