Responsibilities
  • Driving talent, engagement, and culture through strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives
  • Defining culture and engagement strategies designed to encourage and sustain an environment of openness, innovation, and performance
  • Working closely with teams within Global Operations, HR, and the broader organization
  • Identifying project requirements and stakeholders' priorities
  • Creating content and executing initiatives that require effective communications and continued monitoring to assess reception, effectiveness, and sustainability
  • Identifying relevant measures of effectiveness and tailoring programs to incorporate insights and feedback from the organization
  • Developing the communications strategy for the Global Operations organization
  • Supporting the COO in delivering organization-wide communications
  • Supporting high-visibility strategic communications and presentations
  • Partnering with the global communications team as needed
  • Maintaining the internal digital footprint of the Global Operations organization
