Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role within a Technology or Digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of website development (new builds/revamps), UI/UX principles, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with EPIserver and/or App Optimizer is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, providing updates, and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage the execution of website builds, UI/UX design, and e-commerce projects, coordinating with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop digital strategies that align with their business objectives, leveraging your CRM/e-commerce platforms knowledge.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on best practices for website functionality, performance optimization, and user experience improvements.
  • Analyze project performance metrics, prepare reports for clients, and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure project alignment with client expectations and agency standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope and financial constraints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions for clients.
