Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with hands-on semiconductor wafer process modules or integration, 5+ years with Master’s degree
  • Prior foundry customer engineering experience preferred
  • Experience with development projects or program management preferred
  • Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams and people
  • Experience with new product introduction, device prototyping, low-volume production, and yield improvement
  • Knowledge of semiconductor process technology and device microfabrication principles
  • Basic knowledge of unit processes, including thin film deposition, epi growth, lithography, dry and wet etch processes, plating, CMP, and other BEOL processes
  • Knowledge of semiconductor CAD layout
  • Detail oriented, hands-on problem solver, with strong work ethic
  • Strong technical writing, presentation, and communication skills for internal and external customer engagement
Responsibilities
  • Support customer engagement on general foundry customer inquiries
  • Help drive efforts to screen new foundry services projects and secure customer agreements
  • Execute on foundry services projects serving as program manager, technical consultant, and/or customer liaison
  • Coordinate BEOL semiconductor fabrication activities
  • Help formulate and carry out Foundry Services marketing strategies, customer outreach, and/or business development
