- Must be 18 years or older to operate lifts.
- Must be able to ski or snowboard competently in varied conditions.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather for extended periods.
- Must be punctual and dependable and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest safety and experience.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 35 pounds.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Take responsible charge of the lift during the shift, ensuring all operational and emergency procedures are understood and followed.
- Deny access to the lift in unsafe conditions and maintain accurate operational logs.
- Keep the work area clean and hazard-free by regularly shoveling, raking, and removing debris.
- Assist with on-mountain projects including fencing, maze setup, and sign maintenance.
- Greet guests and help with questions about terrain, conditions, and resort offerings.
- Respond to supervision and direction from Lift Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
- Previous guest service experience.
