Technical Intelligence Lead, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, or processes. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work generally with a wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Be responsible for the supervision and development of first-level supervisors or managers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a senior intelligence analyst and leader of IC or DoD intelligence production efforts
- Experience with IC or DoD acquisition environments
- Knowledge of IC and DoD intelligence analysis standards such as ICD 203 or ICD 206, and IC or DoD intelligence analysis and production tools
- Ability to produce compliant intelligence, oversee the production of high-quality, timely, and actionable intelligence products, and lead a diverse, geographically-dispersed cadre of intelligence professionals
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field and 10+ years of experience in technical intelligence analysis and production, or 15+ years of experience in technical intelligence analysis and production in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with IC or DoD program management or intelligence program capture and growth strategies and initiatives
- Knowledge of WMD and Counterproliferation mission areas
- Ability to identify, refine, and translate client challenges and requirements into tactical growth opportunities
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Master’s degree in a STEM field
- PMP, DAWIA Level 3 Program Management, CDASA, or equivalent Intelligence Analysis Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
