  • 5 - 7+ years of hands-on experience in an enterprise business analyst role.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels within the company.
  • Strategic and operational mindset, using hypothesis driven analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, document, and test current processes across the business, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand and document standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with individual departments to recommend and implement changes, using best practices for change management.
  • Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
  • Guide individual teams through process improvement strategies, change management, and using metrics to drive performance.
  • Document clear business requirements for process and technology changes.
  • Perform process and data discovery to support business initiatives.
  • Clearly document and communicate the outcomes of initiatives and make sure that the results can be clearly understood by business stakeholders.
  • Support work planning in various departments as needed.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
  • Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.
