Ad Ops Manager
The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for smarter video planning & activation and is seeking a role with direct impact on the short and long-term success of our clients’ business. This individual will have a knack for detail, and the agility to work across multiple systems to plan, activate, monitor, and optimize successful data driven video campaigns. Great organizational skills, strong multi-tasking ability & attention to detail are critical. The ideal candidate will need to be able to seamlessly balance multiple campaigns simultaneously, with an eye towards improving each campaign to deliver client KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
●Have a strong understanding of Simulmedia’s value proposition and product offerings
●Own the executional life cycle of a campaign from start to finish (planning, buying, trafficking, optimization) to maximize client KPIs & deliver against guaranteed metrics
●Negotiate ad placements and inventory shifts with network partners while ensuring overall campaign integrity
●Troubleshoot campaign/creative issues and provide feedback to client/internal stakeholders on how to best resolve
●Weekly monitoring of delivery pacing
●Assemble day-to-day client deliverables, e.g. pacing, pre-logs, programming highlights
●Reconcile final inventory for post-campaign client reporting
●Partner with Client Success to collaborate on delivery against nuanced media goals and execute/optimize campaigns seamlessly
●Surface day-to-day marketplace insights for Video Investment to ensure consistent feedback loop for client planning
Qualifications:
●3-5 years of operations, client service and/or media planning/buying experience, either at a full-service or media agency, client or Internet technology company
●Must demonstrate professional maturity with strong interpersonal skills
●Experience working in an extremely fast-paced environment with high degree of autonomy
●Quick learner and detail oriented: critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
●Ability to thrive in fast-paced, start-up environment and to manage multiple initiatives within tight deadlines
●Coordination of internal resources responsible for campaign management to ensure client objectives are achieved with the highest quality and in a timely manner
●Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
●Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
We’re required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $67,000 - $105,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
