Requirements
  • 3-5 years of operations, client service and/or media planning/buying experience, either at a full-service or media agency, client or Internet technology company
  • Must demonstrate professional maturity with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an extremely fast-paced environment with high degree of autonomy
  • Quick learner and detail oriented: critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, start-up environment and to manage multiple initiatives within tight deadlines
  • Coordination of internal resources responsible for campaign management to ensure client objectives are achieved with the highest quality and in a timely manner
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Responsibilities
  • Have a strong understanding of Simulmedia's value proposition and product offerings
  • Own the executional life cycle of a campaign from start to finish (planning, buying, trafficking, optimization) to maximize client KPIs & deliver against guaranteed metrics
  • Negotiate ad placements and inventory shifts with network partners while ensuring overall campaign integrity
  • Troubleshoot campaign/creative issues and provide feedback to client/internal stakeholders on how to best resolve
  • Weekly monitoring of delivery pacing
  • Assemble day-to-day client deliverables, e.g. pacing, pre-logs, programming highlights
  • Reconcile final inventory for post-campaign client reporting
  • Partner with Client Success to collaborate on delivery against nuanced media goals and execute/optimize campaigns seamlessly
  • Surface day-to-day marketplace insights for Video Investment to ensure consistent feedback loop for client planning
